Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of educational products and downloadable resources, refunds may not be available once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, except where required by law.

For live webinars, workshops, or events, cancellation requests should be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility may depend on the notice period provided and any associated administrative or booking costs.

If DermMentor cancels an event or educational session, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative session where appropriate.
